  • Ayurveda is the Science of Life. Living in harmony with self, your body, and their world around you is the primary area of study in this ancient wisdom called Ayurveda.

    Working with me as your Ayurvedic Counselor, you tap into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and my personal experience in helping clients heal from the inside out, it begins with aligning your mind, body, and soul.

BODY THERAPIES

  • An Abhyanga is a powerful, rejuvenating, detoxifying and relaxing massage on the whole body with the use of medicated herbal oils, blended with essential oils and customized for each individual. The oil is warm, soothing, inducing deep relaxation of body and mind.

    A 60 minute abhyanga allows the therapist to focus on any areas you would like deeper work in addition to the whole body oil massage.

CLEANSE

  • The foods chosen for this cleanse are very easy to digest and therefore help to improve the strength of agni (the metabolic fire)—which is essential to optimal health. The duration of the cleanse is online for three days. We will be focusing on being healing towards our bodies in all kinds of ways. This includes tri-doshic kitchari, yoga classes, book recommendations, morning discussions while sipping on CCF tea, and so much more.
