Ayurvedic Counseling
Ayurveda is the Science of Life. Living in harmony with self, your body, and their world around you is the primary area of study in this ancient wisdom called Ayurveda.
Working with me as your Ayurvedic Counselor, you will tap into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. My personal experience in helping clients heal from the inside out begins with aligning your mind, body, and soul.
Meditation
Join me for a meditation class to help bring peace and calm to your life. To tune into your inner body, calm your mind, relieve stress, and prepare for deep rest.
Yoga
Following Shashi offers private or group online or in-person yoga classes. We have a variety of classes that are open level with plenty of options to customize your experience. Our classes are full of genuine connection, personalized attention, and skillful instruction. Each class is one hour. Class schedule is subject to change.
Event Coordination
The foods eaten during this cleanse are very easy to digest and therefore help to improve the strength of agni (the metabolic fire)—which is essential to optimal health. The duration of the cleanse is three days with the option to either do it in person (I am located in Jacksonville, FL) or online. We will be focusing on being healing towards our bodies within the body, mind and spirit. This includes tri-doshic kitchari, yoga classes, book recommendations, morning discussions while sipping on CCF tea, and much more.
